Delivery:

Orders take up to 24 hours to process before shipping. Most orders placed before 12 PM  will ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon PST will ship the next available business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday, excluding holidays. Expedited orders (Australian Post Express) receive priority processing. If your shipment requires special attention, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate your special requests. Refund Policy:

Items purchased from babybutton.com.au may be returned for a refund to the original payment form within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Kindly note that items returned for a refund will have the postage subtracted from the refunded amount.

Exchange Policy:

Items purchased from babybutton.com.au may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Ship the original item back to us and we’ll ship your new item out for free!
